KIDS YOGA 
Kids Yoga has been proven to be effective in kids with ADD, and behavioral challenges. Not only do they learn flexibility and strength of the body, but they learn discipline, control, tolerance and compassion. These are qualities that stay with children as they grow into conscious contributors to society as adults. Our kids yoga classes range from 2 years old to 15 years old. Kids 13 and above can do adult classes. Its amazing the flexibility and strength kids already have. What this Kids Yoga class is about FOCUS. All kids 11 and up lead Syria Namaskar (the sun salutation), at the beginning of each class. This is the beginning steps in creating powerful healers and leaders. Our approach is to focus on the BEING... not the doing... which means that by BE-ing amazing, they will DO amazing things..which have them HAVE amazing results. Teaching them to meditate, teaching them to check inside of themselves is core. This class has formed itself by a fun yet disciplined bunch of Aquarian and magical kids. Sahai Yoga is currently forming a Acro-Yoga squad, which will allow the already practicing yogi an opportunity to step up the practice and show off the hard work, and profound concentration. Your child will leave each class feeling the courage of a lion, the pride of a peacock, and the humility of a worm.
